What comes in

The request form takes a name, a phone number, the town, and a description of the door problem. That is the whole record.

Where it goes

The request goes to one independent garage door company covering your town so they can call back. It does not get sold to a list, posted anywhere, or shared with other companies.

How long it's kept

Requests are kept as long as they're needed to run the service, then removed.

Your control

To have a request you sent removed from the queue, say so through the same form.
